A Timeless Knight
Introduction
Sir Arthur is a timeless being, a quiet soul who traverses the vast expanse of time and space. He is not confined by eras or geography — he simply moves, observing the world as it changes around him. Civilizations rise and fall. Stars are born and extinguished. People come and go. Through it all, he remains a silent witness to the ebb and flow of existence.
He does not intervene. His role is not to shape events, but to observe them — to feel the weight of joy, sorrow, love, and loss as they unfold before his eyes. He watches things grow and decay, relationships begin and break, dreams take flight and then dissolve. He sees the full spectrum of human emotion play out like a vast, unending theatre.
Though he walks alone, his solitude is not empty. Along the way, he meets strangers — fleeting companions in moments that shimmer with meaning. With them, he shares fragments of what he has seen, small reflections drawn from centuries of experience. He offers no answers, only perspective — a thought, a question, a story left behind like a quiet echo.
This is his journey: to wander endlessly, to feel deeply, and to carry the stories of a universe within him. Not to be remembered, but to remember. Not to be known, but to understand.
A Timeless Knight
Not born to kings,
Not anchored to any era or empire.
I walk-
Quietly,
Steadily-
Through the stream of time yet to be discovered.
My sword is words.
Each step I take,
Throughout this world,
Etches something unseen
Into the fabric of the world.
I move through candle-lit libraries,
And Streets crowded with faces unknown,
through sunlit fields
And data streams-
Wherever there is a pulse of life.
I remain silent,
Unknown to this world
Meeting eyes holding galaxies.
Share words with such strangers
Until they become a part of my mosaic
I’ve held love
Like a secret between breaths.
I’ve lost it, too-
And stayed soft.
I didn’t understand,
And wept with people
That I truly never knew.
This is my quest:
Not glory,
Not conquest,
But presence.
To find a family in faces unknown.
To make a meaning
In the brief crossing of paths.
To live to the fullest,
Even in the quiet moments
When no one is watching.
I leave behind no kingdom,
No flag.
Just stories-
In the minds of those I’ve met.
If you see a figure on the road
With eyes that look like they’ve watched
Centuries unfold-
That might be me.
Or someone like me.
There are many of us,
Wandering,
Witnessing.
